Decarbonization
In early 2023, the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) validated our revised targets in line with the updated 1.5°C science-based framework which now equate to a 30% reduction in absolute carbon emissions by 2030 (from a 2021 base year). 2023 Performance Highlights: 8% year-on-year reduction in absolute carbon emissions
Waste

In 2023, we advanced our focus on environmental action across our locations and developed our biodiversity approach to preserve and enhance biodiversity and the natural world. 2023 Performance Highlights: c. 100% of our locations have restoration plans in place
People and Communities
In 2023, we continued to invest in health, safety and wellbeing and focused on strengthening our inclusive workforce. 2023 Performance Highlights: 95% accident-free locations
Responsible Business
