I am an Operations Recruiter for Adams, Northfield, and Central Premix. I assist in filling nonexempt positions across the country.

I joined CRH in May 2019.
Where is your position located?
My position is in Rochester, NY.
What do you like about working at CRH?
I really like the environment. Everyone is super supportive and helpful. Although everyone has their own individual work to do, the team is always willing to lend a hand if anyone needs it.
What are the best parts of your job?
I think the best part about my job is having the opportunity to talk with a variety of hard-working individuals across the country. I love hearing their stories, and helping them to obtain a job with such a great company.
What would co-workers say about you?
They would probably say that I am hard-working and quiet, which is funny, because if you ask anyone outside of work, they would tell you that I never stop talking.
What was your first job?
My first job was at Menchie’s, which used to be a frozen yogurt shop in Penfield, NY.
Do you have any fun or interesting work stories?
When I was working as a hostess at the Urban Tap in Pittsburgh, PA, a man came in with a crocodile on a leash and told me that it was a registered therapy animal.
What do you do outside of work?
I love to exercise and eat food. It works out well because they offset each other.
