I am an Operations Recruiter for Anchor, Jewell and GMS, covering the East Coast down to Alabama, plus Texas.

What do you like about working at CRH?
The positive atmosphere and overall office morale here are astonishing. Everyone is genuinely willing to help with any and every question, and I have a lot of questions! My co-workers have facilitated a smooth transition from the hospitality industry to the recruiting world, and they continue to make every day interesting.
What are the best parts of your job?
I enjoy talking to people from such diverse backgrounds and parts of the country. The ability to match job seekers to appropriate positions while helping managers staff their plants has been very rewarding.
What was your first job?
My first job was working in the strawberry fields, picking quarts of berries for sale at a local farm stand in the small town where I grew up.
Tell us about your family.
My boyfriend Mike and I have lived in the South Wedge neighborhood of Rochester, New York, for almost 12 years. We have one crazy cat and aspirations for a big yard and dogs someday! My extended family lives a couple of hours away in the same town where I grew up.
What are your hobbies?
I love cooking, food and all things food related, craft beer, and wine education. I enjoy shopping local farm markets, butchers, and seafood mongers to procure the freshest, most interesting ingredients. I love spending time outside, especially tending to my flowers and garden. I have a blast driving my car and tagging along with Mike to driving events in Watkins Glen, New York. In the winter, we keep busy with downhill skiing, and enjoy traveling and exploring tropical locations.
What was your first concert?
As a young child, my dad took me to a country concert of sorts, although no one can recall the actual artist! The first concert of my choosing was Dave Matthews Band in Saratoga, New York, in high school.
What is your favorite movie?
I don’t necessarily have a favorite movie, but I do have an all-time favorite TV show… Friends!
