Nathan Creech is the President of Building Products, a group of businesses that have leading market positions globally. Nathan leads a family of companies with over 24,450 employees and over 490 operating locations across 19 countries.
Nathan has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and joined CRH in 2011. In his previous role, Nathan was President of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope®, A CRH Company. Prior to this, he held various roles of increasing responsibility across CRH’s Americas Materials Division, including Central Division President, President of the Southwest Division, Chief Operating Officer for the Texas Region and Vice President of Development. Nathan has been active in several state and national industry trade associations including as a former board member of the Illinois Aggregate Association and the French American Chamber of Commerce.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Yale University. Prior to graduate school, Nathan worked in his family’s manufacturing business in northern Indiana where he remains active on its Board of Directors.
Dan Stover is the President of Americas Materials, the number one producer of asphalt and construction services in North America, and the number two producer of aggregates and concrete. Dan leads a family of companies across 46 states and six provinces with more than 28,600 employees and 1,450 locations.
Dan joined CRH in the Americas in 1999 through the acquisition of Thompson McCully, the leading asphalt and aggregate supplier in Michigan at the time. He then held positions of increasing responsibility, including President of our Michigan businesses (2008), President of PJ Keating and simultaneously Tilcon Connecticut (2011). He went on to lead our businesses in New York, New Jersey and New England as President of Northeast Division (2014-2015) before his most recent role as North Division President (2016-2020) where he led our businesses in the Northeast quadrant of the United States as well as our businesses in Ontario and Quebec, Canada. Dan is actively involved in our industry and serves on the Board of Directors of the US National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association.
Dan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan (Ross) in Ann Arbor, MI, a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI and is a professional engineer.
