When I joined CRH, I was fortunate to work in a department that provided an opportunity to learn about our businesses at their operational levels and work with their management. This helped to build a strong knowledge base that has served me well in my career advancement. My subsequent roles further contributed to my development and fulfilled both personal and professional goals. The continual investment by my mentors and managers allows me to position myself for future career growth.
